David trained at Dixon Wilson, qualifying in 1994, and is based in the London office.

David’s work is focused on helping private clients achieve their objectives. David achieves this through providing advice on long-term tax planning, wealth protection, and assisting in setting the overall financial strategy, as well as providing ongoing tax compliance services, and advice on transactions and the appropriate structures for them.

He has a great deal of experience working with landed estates, families and their businesses and helping private clients with offshore trust interests. His core area of work is in taxation, especially inheritance and capital gains tax, corporate tax and VAT although the focus is always to ensure that advice is commercial and practical and helps clients to fulfil their goals. David has a significant expertise advising renewable energy businesses operating in the UK.
