  • What are Dixon Wilson looking for?

    We look for candidates who are ACA, CTA or ACCA qualified and have experience in the provision of tax, accountancy or advisory services to high net worth private clients. Candidates who can navigate complexity, confront challenges, enjoy problem solving; are adaptable when exposed to new situations and scenarios; enjoy working with others, and have the proven experience to deliver a first-class professional service to our clients.

  • What is the application & recruitment process?

    You’ll start the application process by submitting a cover letter and CV for the role you are applying for.

    Our recruitment process may differ depending on the role you have applied for. If you’re invited for an interview, we’ll let you know the full interview process for that role. This might include:

    • Virtual interview
    • Face-to-face interview with HR, directors or partners
    • Assessments

    Support needed?

    If you need to request an adjustment or additional support in the recruitment process due to a disability, health condition and/or being neurodivergent, you just need to let our HR team know. They will ask you some questions to better understand your request and to ensure we provide personalised support.

  • What about my remuneration & benefits?

    The salary offered will be competitive and depend on the level of role you are applying for.
